In the entire design process, attention is primarily focused on the desire to optically "expand" the small space of the apartment, which is only 32 square meters. Due to these circumstances, bright, transparent, light-reflecting surfaces were chosen.

Transformable furniture solutions selected in the project allow us to create a flexible, constantly changing space if needed. Bedroom bed and wall is folding. The folding wall changes the bedroom space into a private or open space. The bedroom area transforms into any other, for example, a yoga or work space.

The work area includes a height-adjustable mobile table and a chair, which allows the furniture to "migrate" to any chosen place in the space.

Another very important element of the interior is a folding kitchen table. It is a dining table with mobile chairs. These chairs are designed for both the kitchen and for the desk. This table also acts as an additional kitchen surface.

In the bathroom, the futuristic environment is softened by stone mosaic-like tiles and a handmade clay-plaster shower wall. A rectangular light imitates a skylight. There are also silhouettes of curved shapes. There is also an uniquely designed, exclusive, dual-function, washbasin water-collecting toilet furniture.

Sustainability

The project was awarded with "LEED GOLD" sustainability certificate, which was obtained in accordance with the principles of sustainability: ecological construction and decoration materials, smart ventilation system, bathroom furniture that collects wash basin water.

Bermudai Restaurant

Pizza oven, pine forest, authentic recipes and just a few steps to the sea, this is the Bermudai restaurant in Palanga. Located on a triangular plot in wooden house the Italian pizzeria radiates simplicity and naturalness.

The biggest challenge is to fit a large amount of equipment into the small space, to ‚wrap‘ it in cozy clothes and have ‚space‘ for creativity. Unusual surprise - the round window opens another life beyond the restaurant hall with a view to the other side of the yard and acts functionally as a window for collecting dishes. The pizza is made in the open space of the restaurant, which allows you to watch the whole process up close, to feel part of it. Pine wood is used to emphasize naturalness - building construction, facades, terrace, interior decoration, some furniture.

An unusual combination of strict lines and circular accents, black, gray, white and light wood color, huge windows that break down the barrier between indoor and outdoor.
